How it works

From a QR code at the door to knowing who bought.

  1. 1A fan arrives

QR code at the show, link in bio, a landing page from a story. Each entry point tags the origin.

  2. 2Consent is recorded

Double opt-in. Legal basis, origin, IP and date go on the record — nothing is overwritten, ever.

  3. 3The base grows, and stays yours

Import an old CSV: you declare the legal basis or the import refuses. Export everything in one click. Delete everything in one click.

  4. 4You send an email

Pick a segment — city, tier, behaviour — and write. Your domain, your reputation, a warm-up ramp so a new domain is never burned.

  5. 5A show goes on sale

Your ticketing platform generates unique coupons. You upload them. Each fan gets one, transactionally. Nobody gets two.

  6. 6You find out who bought

After the show, the ticketing export comes back. Codes are reconciled — idempotently. The report shows who asked, who bought, by city and tier.

  7. 7The score updates

Purchase 50, check-in 45, code request 25, click 8, open 3. Half-life of 180 days. Shown as a tier, not a number: core, engaged, active, casual, inactive.

Ticketing

No contract with anyone.

Sympla generates unique coupons in bulk from a CSV, and its API returns the coupon used on each order — so shows on your own Sympla account reconcile automatically. Promoter-owned events reconcile from the export they send you. Meaple and others: CSV in, CSV out. Nothing here depends on a partnership.
